Excelent motion! It is good to know that we can have the back up of such experienced counsels. Many times in this practice, the System makes you feel like a criminal, instead of an attorney. You need to develop a very hard skin to deal with it.

It is also good to see that they are doing this to a former prosecutor! The prosecutors doing this now, shall understand that some day soon, they could be on the other side of the System and will like a little amount of respect.
